Hi, I'm katee and this is my ongoing blogg of recipes, thoughts and wanderings. Just little bits of myself: I am an Oregonian but have been to many other places. Worked for the University for 26 years when I decided enough was enough I retired.After I retired I bought a old (money pit) RV and started traveling with my sister(Colleen) following me. My hobbies are, Travel, Cooking low carb meals and Traveling, oh I said that, well traveling is my favorite thing. Meeting people along the way and seeing the lovely world.My jouneys have lead me to: England, Scotland, Pakistan, Italy,France, Switzerland, India, Denmark,Bangladesh,Mexico,Canada and recently Saudi Arabia. On May 3 another jouney will begin. heading south from Albany Oregon to Crescent City CA, then to Garberville Ca, Fort Bragg, South Lake Tahoe, down 395 to Bishop Ca. from there not sure yet...
